WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
All our retail locations are closed. We are shipping UPS to all states in the continental US.
CAN I PICK UP FROM UNION SQUARE MARKET?
Since the beginning of COVID, we stopped our attendance at all markets.
HOW CAN I BUY LAS DELICIAS PATISSERIE'S PRODUCTS?
All orders have to be entered online. We ship UPS to all the Continental US. Additionally, we offer a Local Delivery option for most zip codes in NYC for a $18 fee.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
The products are not returnable or exchangeable. If items were damaged during transport, please contact us at help@lasdeliciaspatisserie.com to arrange for a resolution.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
DO YOU DELIVER?
We offer local delivery Monday through Fridays for an additional fee. We can offer same-day delivery from 10a-1p or from 1p-4p.
DO YOU SHIP?
We ship all over the US (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). Orders received after 12 noon will ship the following day. We ship Mondays through Wednesdays.
We ship UPS Ground in the close states to NY where delivery will take 1-2 days. In other states, we ship UPS Next-Day Saver or UPS 2 Days.
Deadline for orders is by 12 noon the day prior. Any UPS order placed after 12 noon on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
CERTIFICATIONS
ARE YOU KOSHER?
Yes - all our products are Kosher Certified - We have Dairy and Parve items. We can adapt some products to Parve as a special order.
ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS GLUTEN-FREE?
Since the beginning of COVID, we turned both our facilities exclusively gluten-free. We were able to successfully convert our scones and canneles to gluten-free.
WHAT FLOUR DO YOU USE FOR YOUR GLUTEN-FREE ITEMS?
We have our proprietary mixes which vary according to each product. They include rice, sorghum, millet, tapioca, and potato starch. Additionally, some products, such as the challah, specifically contain gluten-free oat flour as their main ingredient.
IS YOUR FACILITY NUT FREE?
No - we use nuts in most of our products.

For Special Orders: We have an exclusive catering line. We offer most of our products in a mini version. Additionally, we can make certain cakes & tarts to accommodate certain requirements (Dairy Free, Gluten Free).
