Shipping & Returns
What is your return policy? There is no refund for the products purchased. Shipping refunds will be at the sole discretion of the company.
The products are not returnable or exchangeable. If items were damaged during transport, please contact us to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for a resolution.
Where do you ship? We ship to all states within the Continental US. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Local Delivery We offer Local Delivery services to Manhattan Monday through Thursday from 10am to 4pm. If you live in Manhattan and your order is above $45, you will be offered the Local Delivery option at Check Out for a $18 cost.
Which carrier do you use? We ship UPS Mondays through Wednesdays (except for Holidays) for orders received before 2pm of the shipping date. We do not ship Thursdays in case UPS experiences delays and your order is kept in their hub all weekend.
Transit Times We offer UPS ground for the Northeast region. Standard ground shipping can arrive in as few as one day (for gifts going within 100 miles of our NYC location).
Shipping to West Coast, the Miid West and Florida will have to be expedited - Options will be displayed at Checkout. The general rule is that the items would be no more than 2 days in transit.
All shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address. We do not ship to a P.O. Box.
Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.
